1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective Industrial Gearbox, you are eligible for a return and refund. Please contact our customer support within 365 days of receiving the product to initiate the process.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: In the event of a shipping error and you receive the wrong Industrial Gearbox, you can request a return and refund. Please inform our customer support within 30 days of delivery.

2. Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email at marketing@zonytransmission.com or call us at +91 8530005769.
  • Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence such as photos of the damaged product.
  • Step 2: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Step 4: Clearly write the RA number on the package and ship it to our address: 41/2/1/12, Badhe Industrial Estate, Sambhaji Nagar, Pune.

3. Timeframes for Returns and Refunds:

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong products, please initiate the return process within 365 days of receiving the item.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund or replacement within 21 business days.

4. Costs and Fees:

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For any other reason, including change of mind or product incompatibility, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Product Requirements for Returns:

  • All original accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included with the return.

6. Non-Eligible Items:

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
  • Products with missing or damaged accessories and packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.
